I am an associate professor and Master's supervisor at the School of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science, Jiangnan University. I received my Ph.D. in Engineering in June 2013. I was a visiting scholar at the University of Birmingham, UK (2015-2016) and at the University of California, Irvine, USA (2018-2019).

My research interests include bioinformatics and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on biological network alignment, prediction of protein interaction sites, drug-target binding affinity prediction, and disease association prediction.

Research Highlights

Published over 30 papers indexed by SCI, EI, or CSCD. Hold 17 authorized invention patents. Lead 1 Jiangsu Provincial Youth Fund project and 1 National Foreign Experts Program project. Participated in 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects. Received 4 provincial/ministerial-level awards.
